I am a multidisciplinary artist based in Vancouver, originally from China, working across visual art, theatre, movement, and 3D/digital storytelling. My practice explores identity, memory, transformation, and emotional tension through immersive forms of storytelling. Influenced by both stage production and visual world-building, I am interested in how atmosphere, movement, light, and image can make internal experiences physically felt. My work often lives in the space between cultures, languages, and mediums, using art as a way to translate what is difficult to say directly.

About Me.

Rooted in both stage production and digital image-making, my practice is driven by atmosphere. I work with light, space, movement, image, rhythm, and visual composition to transform internal states into tangible environments, creating worlds that exist somewhere between reality and memory, intimacy and spectacle.
Living between cultures, languages, and artistic mediums has fundamentally shaped the way I create. My work often emerges from that in-between space: translating emotions that resist language, giving form to fragmented memories, and turning personal or psychological experiences into visual narratives that others can enter.
Whether I am building a theatrical environment, composing an image, directing movement, or constructing a digital world, I approach storytelling as an act of world-building. My goal is not simply to show an audience an idea, but to create an atmosphere powerful enough that, for a moment, they can step inside it and feel it for themselves.
